to manage our day-to-day e-commerce operations, inventory, dispatch, vendors, and procurement activities.

- ### Key Responsibilities

- 1.

Order

Processing &

- Dispatch

- Process and manage daily e-commerce orders.

- Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time.

- Coordinate with courier/Logistics partners.

- Monitor pending, delayed and returned orders.

- Maintain proper dispatch records.

- 2.

Inventory

Management

- Maintain accurate stock records for all products.

- Monitor daily stock movement.

- Track low-stock and fast-moving products.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification.

- Coordinate with the team to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.

- Update inventory in Shopify/ERP/Excel as required.

- 3.

Vendor

Management

- Coordinate with existing vendors for regular requirements.

- Follow up on production, material and delivery timelines.

- Maintain vendor records and purchase history.

- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms when required.

- Identify and coordinate with new vendors.

- 4. Procurement

- Prepare purchase requirements based on inventory and sales.

- Purchase products, raw materials and packaging materials.





- Compare vendor pricing and select cost-effective options.

- Track purchase orders and incoming materials.

- Ensure required materials are available on time.

- 5.

Operations

Coordination

- Coordinate between warehouse, vendors, production, packaging and dispatch teams.

- Maintain proper documentation and records.

- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports for orders, inventory and purchases.

- Identify operational issues and take timely action.

- Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations / Inventory / Procurement / Warehouse / Vendor Management preferred.

- Experience with Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.

- Valuable communication and vendor coordination skills.

- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Basic knowledge of inventory and procurement processes.

- Should be responsible, proactive and problem-solving oriented.
