Today, we power 85 million+ websites across 900,000+ servers worldwide, backed by a 650+ strong team of dedicated professionals spanning multiple continents. At WebPros, we embrace a fully remote, borderless workplace with a focus on flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance.

Your Role

As an E-commerce Manager at WebPros, you will be owning the day-to-day running and continuous improvement of our website portfolio. The role spans three connected areas of responsibility: website management (turning business requests into technical execution), tag manager / analytics / compliance / tracking (keeping our sites measurable and compliant), and conversion rate optimization (improving how well our sites convert).

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

- Take in requests from business teams (brand, SEO, digital marketing, legal/compliance, product) and turn them into explicit technical requirements for design/development.

- Manage website projects (new pages, forms, etc.): create tasks, manage timelines, coordinate between the teams.

- Create and update pages using the built-in possibilities of WordPress / Bricks / Elementor / Sitejet (no custom development).

- Keep the involved teams aligned and unblock open points.

Tag Manager / Analytics / Compliance / Tracking

- Set up and maintain Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

- Manage cookie / consent platforms and keep tracking compliant.

- Build and maintain reports in Looker Studio and automated Excel reports (Google Analytics, Lighthouse / PageSpeed).

- Monitor site performance and speed.

- Review SEO tasks and convert them into requirements for development.

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

- Scope and design A/B experiments.

- Set up and run tests in the A/B testing tool.

- Analyse funnels and conversion; set up conversion tracking (together with the analytics/tracking work).

- Develop hypotheses from user research and data.

- Write copy / UX writing for test variants.

- Use heatmaps and session recordings to find optimization opportunities.

Your Qualifications

- 5+ years in website management, analytics, or conversion optimization roles

Website Management

- Communication and coordination between business and technical teams.

- Project management: task planning, prioritization, timeline management.

- Hands-on working knowledge of WordPress, Bricks, Elementor, Sitejet (standard features).

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Tag Manager / Analytics / Compliance / Tracking

- Advanced experience with Tag Manager and Google Analytics setup as well as with cookie/consent management platforms (Usercentrics, OneTrust, etc.).

- Reporting: Looker Studio and automated Excel connected to Lighthouse / PageSpeed.

- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS.

- SEO fundamentals (technical SEO, on-page optimization).

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

- Experience with an A/B testing tool (Optimizely, VWO, Convert, etc.).
- Statistical literacy — sample size, significance, avoiding false positives.

- Heatmap / session recording tools (Hotjar, Clarity).
- Copywriting / UX writing for test variants.
- Funnel and conversion analysis.

Your Impact In The First 90 Days

30 Days: Ramped up on WebPros' website portfolio, tooling (WordPress / Bricks / Elementor / Sitejet), and current Google Analytics / Tag Manager setup; built relationships with brand, SEO, digital marketing, legal/compliance, and product stakeholders

60 Days: Independently managing incoming website requests end-to-end, keeping GA/GTM and reporting (Looker Studio, automated Excel/Lighthouse) up to date, and identifying the first A/B testing opportunities

90 Days: Owning the full website request pipeline with minimal oversight, running and analyzing live A/B experiments, and delivering funnel/conversion insights that inform decisions

120 Days: Driving measurable improvements in site performance and conversion, and proactively surfacing optimization opportunities across the portfolio

You'll thrive here if you

- You enjoy juggling multiple website requests and stakeholders at once, and can turn ambiguous business asks into clear technical requirements

- You're comfortable working hands-on in WordPress, Bricks, Elementor, or Sitejet without relying on developers,

and enjoy analytics, tracking, and reporting work

- You're autonomous and proactive, comfortable operating with minimal supervision across multiple brands and concurrent initiatives

You might struggle here if you

- You'd rather specialize narrowly than move fluidly between website management, analytics/compliance, and CRO

- You need close daily direction or a highly predictable, single-track workload
