About the Role

Sen Style Apparel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager who can independently build, manage, and scale our complete online business from scratch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in D2C websites, marketplaces, digital marketing, catalog management, and end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage the company's complete e-commerce ecosystem from scratch.
- Manage D2C website (Shopify/WooCommerce or similar platforms).
- Handle online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, FirstCry, Meesho, Hopscotch, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Manage inventory synchronization, pricing, offers, promotions, and catalog updates.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns and seasonal launches.
- Coordinate product photography, image editing, and content creation.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Monitor daily sales, conversion rate, ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and overall business performance.
- Manage order processing, returns, customer experience, and seller performance metrics.
- Work closely with merchandising, production, warehouse, dispatch, and design teams.




- Analyze data using Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and reporting tools to drive growth.
- Identify recent online sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in apparel/fashion e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, AJIO, FirstCry, Meesho, and similar marketplaces.
- Knowledge of catalog management, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
- Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage complete e-commerce operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in kidswear or garment manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of garment merchandising and product lifecycle.
- Experience launching new brands online from scratch.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva will be an added advantage.
