Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, product listings, order processing, inventory management, and digital merchandising. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about e-commerce operations and contribute to the growth of our online business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and the company website.

- Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.

- Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the operations team to ensure stock availability.

- Support order processing, shipment tracking, and customer query resolution.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing and product trends.

- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.

- Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, inventory, and marketplace activities.

- Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across all platforms.

- Collaborate with the marketing, design,



and sales teams to improve online visibility and customer engagement.

- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and marketplace policies.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or WooCommerce.

- Basic knowledge of product catalog management.

- Understanding of online customer behavior and marketplace operations.

- Experience with Canva or basic image editing tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
