Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon Vendor account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account operations, including product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, returns management, payment reconciliation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Amazon Vendor Central account.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch.
- Monitor order status and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Reconcile Amazon payments, deductions, and invoices.




- Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Understanding of order processing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience in payment reconciliation and invoice management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,793.17 - ₹45,178.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Amazon Vendor Central account.: 2 years (Preferred)
- Advance Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
