Key Responsibilities

✔️ Product listing, cataloguing, order booking & processing

✔️ Inventory tracking & synchronization across platforms

✔️ Handling logistics & operational coordination

✔️ Monitoring listing quality & marketplace compliance

✔️ Maintaining and upgrading brand content (A+ content, creatives, errors reporting)

✔️ Tracking marketplace performance – sales, conversions, feedback

✔️ Managing buyer queries (orders, returns, product information)

✔️ Supporting promotions, campaigns & deals





Desired Skills

? Robust MS Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP preferred)

? Excellent computer proficiency

? Good English & communication skills

? E-commerce experience (Amazon/Flipkart preferred)

? Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work on sales targets
