About the Role

Ishmat Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online store and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, product listings, inventory, order processing, website updates, and online sales performance.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth website operations and delivering excellent customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's Shopify-based e-commerce website.
- Upload and manage products, collections, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory.
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate order processing, returns, refunds, and customer support.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
- Plan and execute website banners, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotions and product launches.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
- Work with external developers whenever technical changes or new features are required.
- Manage third-party apps, payment gateways, and shipping integrations.




- Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Ensure the website delivers a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.
- Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, and customer support.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the fashion, apparel, or D2C industry.
- Knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
- Understanding Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools and e-commerce automation is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
