Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon and other marketplace accounts and ensure smooth daily operations.

- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings and Suggested A+ Content.

- Monitor VOC, Account Health, and other marketplace performance metrics.

- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, feedback, and support cases with timely resolution.

- Maintain case logs and follow up until issues are resolved.

- Monitor inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and track unfulfillable inventory.

- Create claims for lost, damaged, or defective products and manage safety-related cases.

- Reactivate inactive or suppressed listings by coordinating with marketplace support.

- Plan promotions and advertising activities to improve sales performance.

- Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports using Excel and marketplace tools.

- Analyze sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve account performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
