About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Catalog Executive / Manager to manage product listings across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with catalog creation, listing optimization, content management, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplaces.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and attributes for better visibility.
- Upload and manage product images, videos, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
- Create parent-child variations and manage catalog relationships.
- Ensure listing quality, accuracy, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Monitor listing suppressions, quality issues, and account health-related catalog errors.
- Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams for catalog updates.
- Perform catalog audits and implement improvements to increase conversions.
- Handle bulk uploads using Excel templates and marketplace tools.
- Track catalog performance and resolve listing-related issues promptly.

Requirements




- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and other marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of listing optimization, SEO, catalog quality, and product attributes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Experience with flat files and bulk listing uploads.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store creation.
- Experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace analytics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of image requirements and product content optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
