Dizihomes is a fast-growing home and kitchen appliance brand committed to delivering premium yet affordable products. We are expanding our presence across major e-commerce marketplaces and are looking for a passionate E-commerce Executive to grow with us.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listings, catalog management, order processing, sales tracking, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update and optimize product listings on Amazon.
- Manage product catalog, images, A+ content, and product descriptions.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Track daily orders, billing, returns, and refunds.
- Generate invoices and coordinate order dispatch with the operations team.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Track advertising performance and marketplace promotions.
- Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for listing and account-related issues.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate with the customer service team for issue resolution.




- Monitor product reviews and ratings.
- Maintain pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate and track sales leads from online enquiries and marketplace opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills
- Experience working on Amazon Seller Central.
- Good knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Basic understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon marketplace operations.
- Experience in home appliances, kitchen appliances, or consumer electronics will be preferred.
