Job Details

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM ( 1 Hour Break)
- Location: Nyati Emporius, Baner, Pune.
- Salary: 22000/- to 28000/- monthly (Based on Skills)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Chat and Email Support.
- Assist customers with product, order, and purchase-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Handle voice interactions whenever required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Follow company SOPs and client guidelines.

Eligibility
- Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)




- Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
- Excellent Written & Spoken English Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
- Chat Support / Email Support experience
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to work in a professional environment
