Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our Myntra seller portal and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling product listings, order processing, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and customer service on the Myntra marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Myntra Seller Portal on a daily basis.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Process and monitor customer orders, returns, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfillment and inventory updates.
- Ensure accurate stock availability and pricing on the portal.
- Plan and execute Myntra promotions, sales campaigns, and discounts.
- Track order status, SLA compliance, and minimize cancellations.
- Resolve seller portal issues and coordinate with Myntra support.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
- Monitor customer feedback and work to maintain high seller ratings.

Required Skills
- Experience managing the Myntra Seller Portal.
- Knowledge of marketplace operations and order management.
- Good understanding of Excel (VLOOKUP,



Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines during sale events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Marketplace Operations.
- Experience with Myntra is mandatory. Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, or Nykaa is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Understanding of online merchandising.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,793.17 - ₹15,178.00 per month
