Avenster Lifestyle is looking for a proactive and organized E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage online customer interactions, order processing, inventory, and social media coordination. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other online channels.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through excellent customer communication.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the packing and dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock availability across all sales channels.




- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Plan and coordinate product photoshoots for new arrivals.
- Work with photographers and content creators to produce product photos and videos.
- Coordinate with the social media team for new product launches, promotional campaigns, reels, and posts.
- Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and stock on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve order-related queries promptly.
- Prepare daily sales, inventory, and dispatch reports.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
