- Manage day-to-day Shopify/e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory and orders.

- Process orders and coordinate with production, stitching, packaging and courier teams.

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram and phone.

- Manage exchanges, returns, alterations and order follow-ups.

- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for orders, inventory and sales.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and other business partners.

- Assist the founder with daily follow-ups, scheduling, documentation and business operations.

- Support exhibitions, shoots, launches and other brand activities when required.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion, retail or operations preferred.

- Good knowledge of Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Highly organised with robust follow-up and multitasking abilities.

- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership.

- Fashion/apparel experience is an advantage.
