1 Dynatrace Architecture & Strategy

Design scalable and resilient Dynatrace architectures across on prem, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hybrid environments.

Define monitoring standards, best practices, and reference architectures aligned with enterprise governance.

Act as the observability SME and trusted advisor for engineering and leadership teams

2 Deployment & Configuration

Lead deployment and configuration of Dynatrace OneAgents, ActiveGates, and cluster components.

Integrate Dynatrace with applications, middleware, databases, containers, and cloud services.

Customize dashboards, alerts, management zones, tagging,



and reporting to meet business and technical needs.

3 Monitoring, Performance & RCA

Enable end to end application, infrastructure, and digital experience monitoring.

Perform advanced root cause analysis using Dynatrace Davis AI and service flow analysis.

Identify performance bottlenecks, availability risks, and capacity issues; recommend optimization strategies.

4 Integration & Automation

Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM tools, log analytics, and alerting platforms.

Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools for monitoring configuration.

Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to enable observability driven automation.

5 Governance, Security & Enablement

Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and enterprise monitoring standards.

Produce architecture documentation, runbooks, and operational guidelines.

Deliver training, mentoring, and enablement sessions for application and operations teams
