About Us: We are a passionate, fast growing startup with our own tea garden, producing and selling premium tea bags across multiple online platforms. We’re now scaling up and looking for a dedicated, all rounder team member who is ready to grow with us. This is not just a job it’s an opportunity to be part of something from the ground up.

Role Overview: This is a hands on, multi-faceted role. You’ll be involved in everything from order processing and customer communication to packaging and basic accounting. If you're someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and takes ownership, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities: · Manage product listings and orders on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally (English & Hindi). Perform basic accounting tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations) · Oversee packaging of tea products with attention to quality and presentation · Support day-to-day operational tasks, flexibility is key in a startup.

Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience.



Use computers efficiently for data entry, reporting, and platform management.
