Shift: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM ( 1 Hour Break)

Location: Nyati Emporius, Baner, Pune.

Salary: 22000/- to 28000/- monthly (Based on Skills) Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through Chat and Email Support.

Assist customers with product, order, and purchase-related inquiries.

Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Handle voice interactions whenever required.

Maintain accurate CRM records.

Follow company SOPs and client guidelines.

Eligibility

Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)





Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Excellent Written & Spoken English Communication Skills

Basic Computer Knowledge

Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills
