- Oversee site administration including housekeeping, transport, canteen, guest house, township, temple and office infrastructure.
- Manage all admin related service contracts ensuring SLA adherence.
- Ensure timely delivery of employee facilities such as housing, transport, canteen, uniforms, and welfare amenities.
- Organize various events and wellness programs in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations and maintain accurate records of assets, utilities, and inventory.
- Drive preventive maintenance and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Ensure statutory and safety compliance with SOPs for all facilities and administrative functions.
- Implement cost optimization strategies and sustainability initiatives such as energy conservation and waste management.
- Manage vendor contracts, utilities,



and resources with focus on cost optimization and service quality.
- Maintain a professional and conducive workplace setting and act as the administrative focal point during senior management and other visits.
- Prepare and control the annual administrative budget ensuring transparency and cost control.
- Lead budgeting, cost control, and audit readiness for administrative operations.
- Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external agencies for smooth functioning.
- Maintain high employee satisfaction through effective workplace management and employee facilities.
- Represent administration in cross-functional reviews, audits, and management forums.
