Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Prepare and execute project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Allocate resources effectively across project phases.
- Track milestones, budgets, and overall project progress.

Site Management

- Lead all on-site engineering and construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Budgeting & Cost Control

- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Approve contractor bills and variation claims.
- Ensure BOQ compliance and commercial discipline.

Quality & Safety

- Implement strict quality assurance processes.
- Conduct safety audits and enforce site safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Evaluate and finalize contractors, vendors,



and suppliers.
- Manage relationships with consultants and local authorities.
- Resolve site-related issues and execution challenges.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare MIS and progress reports.
- Identify project risks and mitigation plans.
- Conduct review meetings with project teams and senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 20+ years of experience in real estate / construction / infrastructure.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large residential or commercial projects.
- Solid knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, BOQ, quality control, safety compliance, contractor management, and statutory approvals.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
