- Layout and Design: Create and design visually appealing layouts for various print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, and advertisements, using desktop publishing software

- Typography and Formatting: Apply proper typography techniques, including font selection, size, spacing, and alignment, to ensure explicit and readable text

- Format and style content consistently according to brand guidelines and industry standards

- Graphics and Images: Incorporate images, illustrations, charts, and other visual elements into layouts

- Ensure high-quality resolution and proper placement of graphics within the design

- Document Conversion: Convert content from one format to another,



such as from Word to PDF or from print to digital formats, while preserving the integrity of the layout and design

- Proofreading and Quality Assurance: Review and proofread layouts to identify and correct any errors in spelling, grammar, or design

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines

- File Management: Organize and manage digital files and assets, including fonts, images, and templates, to maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow
