NCase Intake, Data enter, Quality review information received pertaining to the case in the database. Refer to the Data entry conventions for any questions while entering the data.
NPreferred experience in ARISg, LSMV, NavaX database.
NMinimum experience of more than 2 years in Pharmacovigilance.
NCarry out the medical coding for the Event and the Disease tab.
NCommunicate medical queries to the Medical Advisor and process related queries to the Team lead.
NIdentify and communicate issues/potential issues to the Team Lead on time.
NPerform tasks/activities as communicated by the Team Lead.
NProvide regular status reports on work completion to Team Lead.
NEscalation of identified unresolved issues to Team Lead on time.
NParticipate in regular team meetings.
NParticipate in Client interactions and telecon if required..
