- Valid Driving Licence appropriate for the vehicle.
- Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a company, corporate, or employee transportation driver is an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of Chennai/local routes and major locations.
- Familiarity with Google Maps and navigation applications.
- Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discipline.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience driving for an IT/BPO/corporate company.
- Knowledge of employee pickup and drop operations.
- Familiarity with night-shift transportation requirements.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
