Job Title: Driver (Company Director)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and experienced Driver to provide dedicated transportation services to the Company Director. The role requires protected driving practices, professionalism, punctuality, and a strong understanding of Bangalore routes, especially around Whitefield and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive the Company Director to office, meetings, airport, and other official or personal destinations as required
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-offs while planning routes to avoid traffic delays
- Maintain the vehicle in clean and excellent working condition at all times
- Conduct regular vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, cleanliness)
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and insurance renewals when required
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all company and personal matters
- Follow all traffic rules, road safety norms, and company policies
- Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends if needed
- Assist with minor errands or tasks as requested by the Director





Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driving license (LMV) with a clean driving record
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a personal or executive driver (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Bangalore roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes
- Ability to use GPS/navigation apps effectively
- Polite, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Physically fit with positive eyesight and alertness
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance

Preferred Attributes
- Experience driving luxury or premium vehicles
- Prior experience working with senior executives or company directors
- Non-smoker and no alcohol consumption during duty hours
- Ability to communicate in Kannada; basic English/Hindi preferred
