About the Role

SHREEV LIVINGS is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate Draftsperson to join our Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate working drawings, detailed interior layouts, and execution drawings for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate closely with designers, site engineers, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Drafting & Documentation

- Prepare detailed 2D working drawings for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Develop furniture layouts, partition layouts, flooring layouts, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, and HVAC coordination drawings.
- Prepare detailed furniture, wardrobe, kitchen, TV unit, vanity, and custom furniture drawings.
- Create detailed joinery drawings, sectional details, and construction details for site execution.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback, design changes, and site conditions.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Interior Designers to convert design concepts into execution-ready drawings.
- Work closely with the execution team to resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for technical clarifications.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications whenever required.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions and project documentation.

Site Support





- Visit project sites for measurements and verification when required.
- Prepare as-built drawings after completion of projects.
- Resolve site-related drawing issues in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure drawings are practical, accurate, and executable on site.

Quality & Process Management

- Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and documentation standards.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules.
- Organize project files, drawing revisions, and technical documents.
- Support continuous improvement in drafting standards and workflows.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Interior Draftsperson or AutoCAD Draftsperson.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of interior construction details, materials, and furniture manufacturing.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects is preferred.
