Responsibilities

Architectural Draftsman

- Prepare accurate architectural working and construction drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, and site teams.
- Maintain drawing quality, documentation, and office standards.
- Support project execution through detailed technical drawings.

Architectural Visualizer

- Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders.
- Produce interior and exterior visualizations and walkthroughs.
- Work closely with architects to communicate design intent through compelling visuals.
- Ensure presentation quality and consistency across projects.

What We’re Looking For

- Robust proficiency in relevant software:
- Draftsman: AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp/Revit is an advantage.
- Visualizer: SketchUp/Revit with Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion, and Photoshop.




- Strong attention to detail and a passion for architecture.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow professionally.
- Ability to follow office systems, workflows, and quality standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
