Qualification

- B.E, B. TECH, BSc

BBIL-MD-Auto Packing, Pen assembly, Inspection.

- Packing and Assembling activities

- Receiving of BPR/ BMR from Issuance team and cross verification of Batch details.

- Dispensing and verification of SPM material with Indent sheet as per BMR.

- Transfer of dispensed SPM to day storage area and entering the details in Logbook..

- D. Transfer of dispensed SPM and pen components to assembly and packing area and assembled pens from cold room to packing area.

- Performing pre and post batch activities for both assembly and packing.

- Running both assembly and packing equipment as per SOP.

- Performing Repacking as per SOP.

- Performing reconciliation and performing of destruction of rejected material/components as per SOP.

- Updating the cold room records.

- Collect the daily reports for cold rooms and verify as per SOP.





- Verify the shop floor documentation and guide other team members appropriately

BBIL-MD-DMS (Manual & Electronic)-Executor and Manager

- Requisition and receiving BMR (Additional Page) and batch related execution checklists.

- Receiving document number / effective date for technical documents, Protocols and reports.

- Preparation, issuance and archival of logbooks

- Preparation, Review of Technical documents, Protocols and reports.

- Receiving technical documents, Protocols, reports and SOP copies

- Entering all the logs and documents related to visual inspection area.

- Reviewing all completed logbooks and arranging them for document storage.

- Responsible for verifying all executed document BMR
