About the Role

Pearl Associates is looking for a Draftsman DTCP Drawing to join our Approval & Technical Drawing Team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate building plan, site plan and approval drawings for residential, commercial and other development projects.

This position is suitable for freshers with good AutoCAD knowledge as well as candidates with 12 years of experience in architectural/civil drafting or building approval drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare DTCP / LPA / Local Authority approval drawings.
- Prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations and sections using AutoCAD.
- Prepare building drawings based on site measurements, survey drawings and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing drawings for Residential, Commercial and Institutional buildings.
- Prepare drawings as per applicable building rules, setbacks, FSI, parking and other planning requirements.
- Make revisions based on technical requirements and approval authority comments.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors and the approval team.
- Read and interpret TSLR, FMB, Patta, survey and site-related documents.
- Maintain proper drawing files, revisions and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, properly scaled and ready for submission.
- Assist senior team members in DTCP/LPA approval-related drawing work.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D is essential.
- Basic understanding of architectural and civil drawings.
- Ability to prepare plans, elevations and sections.
- Basic knowledge of building measurements, dimensions and drafting standards.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.




- Willingness to learn DTCP, LPA and building approval procedures.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification

Preferred:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Architectural Assistantship
- B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering
- ITI / Certificate in Draughtsman Civil
- Any relevant Civil / Architectural Drafting qualification

Experience 0–2 Years

- Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in DTCP / LPA / Building Approval Drawings will have an advantage.
