Job Summary

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft .NET framework.

The Dot Net

Developer will be responsible for writing clean, scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, and ensuring applications perform efficiently and securely. The developer also participates in debugging, upgrading existing systems, integrating third-party services, and adhering to best coding practices and architectural standards. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and relevant cloud platforms are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and C#.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and monitor project progress.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Build and maintain responsive front-end applications using Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and systems.
- Manage SQL Server databases, optimize queries, and improve application performance
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms
- Work with GIT, CI/CD pipelines,



and cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain project-related records
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for system architecture and development processes

Required skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Microservices
- Experience working with version control systems like GIT
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud and CI/CD practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities Required Skills & Qualifications
