Experience: 2–5 Years (Domestic Travel Operations)

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end operations for domestic holiday packages.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other travel partners for smooth execution of bookings.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and travel documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor ongoing trips and resolve operational issues promptly.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely execution of confirmed bookings.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and negotiate competitive rates.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and booking documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Provide prompt customer support before, during, and after travel.

Required Skills & Experience

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years of experience in domestic travel operations.





•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of domestic holiday packages and major tourist destinations across India.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience in itinerary planning, hotel bookings, transportation, and vendor management.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and travel booking systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

•⁠ ⁠Experience handling FIT and Group Tours.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of domestic holiday packages and travel operations.

•⁠ ⁠Good vendor network and negotiation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in the 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
