About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team at e-Labs Infotech Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling C2H

(Contract-to-Hire) and Permanent roles as per client requirements, with in-depth knowledge of IT positions and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring the right talent. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and networking.
- Build and optimize Boolean search strings, X-rays, and advanced sourcing techniques on





major job portals.
- Understand client requirements and align hiring processes for C2H and permanent roles.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure smooth

interview processes.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure high offer-to-joining ratio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest hiring trends and IT role requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 - 4 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies across various domains.
- Excellent skills in Boolean search, X-ray searches, and advanced search techniques.
- Hands-on experience with major job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team collaboration.
- Any degree is acceptable.
