Order Processing: Coordinate daily dispatches and align with the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method.
- Documentation: Generate delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills based on local transport laws.
- Vendor Coordination: Book transport agencies and negotiate freight rates with logistics providers.
- Tracking & Support: Monitor transit status, manage delivery delays, and update customers on arrival times.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of outgoing shipments, inventory counts, and transport costs.
