Role Description The Dispatch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products from the Tijara facility. This full-time, on-site role includes planning dispatch schedules, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and monitoring vehicle movements and shipment documentation.

The role involves supervising dispatch staff, resolving issues related to deliveries, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders about shipment status.





The Dispatch

Manager ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, maintains dispatch records, and identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills to lead dispatch teams, allocate work, and monitor performance.
- Candidates should possess Dispatching and Operations Management skills to plan schedules, coordinate shipments, and manage daily logistics activities.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, transport partners, and internal teams professionally and effectively.
- Relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Working knowledge of dispatch software, ERP systems, or transport management tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Tijara, manage time-sensitive tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field is advantageous.
