We are looking for an experienced sales lead to oversee agency relationships,

execute marketing strategies, and drive growth within assigned regions and agencies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic brand solutions, strong relationship management skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to align with business goals.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in brand solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to optimize engagement and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities in programmatic brand solutions.
- Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure seamless execution of agency and client-driven campaigns.
- Work with Account Management team to analyze performance data and provide insights to maximize ROI.

Requirements





- Proven experience leading agency relationships, preferably in programmatic brand solutions or video/TV ad sales.
- Recent experience in agency media planning or trading is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive team collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
