Responsibilities
- To manage all manufacturing Operations functions which include Manufacturing, Production Control.
- To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer
- To maximum revenue for the company.
- To maximize Fab capacity and utilization
- To meet or exceed company?s quality and reliability goals
- To meet all statutory requirements
- To ensure that the Fab is protected and healthy place for all to work in.
- To ensure compliance to SilTerra?s Environmental Management (EMS)
- To minimize risk for the company.
- To ensure efficient manufacturing practices are in place Via theory of Constraints (T.O.C0 Program)
