Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and traditional channels.
- Drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Manage media relations, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Oversee content creation, photography, videography, and marketing collateral.
- Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and consumer insights to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, and Operations to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with IHG brand standards.
