- Lead end-to-end fundraising transactions independently.

- Led and closed at least 3 fundraising deals exceeding $7M (preferred).
- Proven experience independently sourcing investment banking transactions.
- Robust network with domestic and global PE/VC Funds and Family Offices.
- Experience leading teams of Analysts or Associates.
