Role Description The Director role at Hello Kuppam is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Director will oversee overall business strategy, product direction, and operational performance of the digital directory, ensuring growth, high-quality listings, and strong user engagement.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting goals and KPIs, reviewing platform performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve user experience and business outcomes. The Director will manage partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and service providers,



while guiding marketing initiatives to expand reach and brand awareness. This role also includes budget oversight, talent development, and governance to maintain ethical, inclusive, and customer-focused operations.
