Opening for Director Business Development

Role & Responsibility:

Identify and acquire new business opportunities across Large Corporates, Mid-Corporates, Financial Institutions, and Structured Finance segments.

Meet and engage with Promoters, CFOs, Treasurers, Bankers, Investment Bankers, and Consultants to generate new rating mandates.

Lead client pitches, presentations, and discussions to explain rating methodologies, processes, and value propositions.





Maintain and grow strategic long-term relationships with key corporate clients and financial market intermediaries.

Track market developments, fund-raising trends, regulatory updates (SEBI/RBI), and competitor activities.

Collaborate closely with internal rating/analytical teams to ensure smooth mandate execution and client servicing.

Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and investor networking platforms.

Lead and mentor BD / Origination team members to achieve assigned business targets.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.

Skills:

Experience in business development with a focus on large corporates and financial institutions
