Purpose The Digital Transformation Officer (DTO) is responsible for leading the organization's strategic digital innovation and transformation. The purpose is to build a tech enabled, future ready ecosystem by integrating cutting-edge technology with education, administration, and community services ultimately empowering students, educators, institutions, and partners toward excellence, equity, and innovation.

Roles Strategic Leader: Champion digital innovation initiatives aligned with institutional goals.

Technology Integrator: Bridge technology with educational and administrative ecosystems.

Change Agent: Drive cultural and operational digital transformation across all levels.

Mentor and Educator: Train and mentor students, faculty, and stakeholders in digital fluency.

Innovation Evangelist: Promote adoption of emerging technologies for better outcomes.

Quality Enforcer: Ensure implementation quality, data integrity, and systems efficiency.

Accountabilities Deliver digital transformation goals within scope, time, and budget.

Ensure consistent quality, user satisfaction, and system functionality.

Maintain alignment with institutional objectives and accreditation frameworks.

Measure digital initiatives through KPIs and performance metrics.

Report on risks, progress, and impact to leadership and stakeholders.

Educational Experience: Teaching and Learning Methodologies, STEM Education, Virtual and Smart Classroom Equipments with Infrastructures, Digital Campus Management System, Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Outcome Based Education (OBE), Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) , Controller of Examinations (COE), E-Library Management System (E-LMS).

Technical Experience: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource Management (HRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management System (PMS), Content Management System (CMS), Database Management System (DBMS), Interactive Voice Response (IVR),



Subject Matter Expert (SME), Quality Assurance and Control (QA & QC).
