# Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist ### SGM Group | Real Estate | Gurgaon Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience & skill set) ### About SGM Group SGM Group is a growing real estate company focused on delivering quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who can take ownership of our online presence, lead generation, campaigns, and digital growth. ### Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.

Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Plan, create and manage engaging content, campaigns, reels and social media creatives.

Handle and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.

Generate and optimize quality leads for real estate projects.

Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, engagement and ROI.

Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign execution.

Conduct market, competitor and audience research to identify new digital opportunities.

Manage website/landing page content and coordinate for SEO improvements.

Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign performance.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools,



platforms and best practices. ### Requirements years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.

3 years of Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.

Hands-on experience with digital campaign planning and performance analysis.

Good understanding of social media content, trends and audience engagement.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital marketing activities.
