About the Role

TAGX is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive (Fresher) who is eager to start a career in B2B Lead Generation. In this role, you will receive hands-on experience in Cold Email Outreach, LinkedIn Prospecting, and Lead Research while working with our marketing team to generate qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Create blogs, infographics, and social media content to drive traffic and leads.
- LinkedIn Lead Generation: Identify prospects, manage outreach campaigns, and generate quality B2B leads.
- Email Marketing: Create email campaigns, manage lists, segment audiences, and nurture leads.
- Digital Strategy: Support strategies to build strong and lasting digital connections with customers.
- Social Media Management: Plan and monitor the company’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- SEO: Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, GSC,



and other tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional email communication.
- Willingness to learn B2B lead generation, prospect research, and outreach strategies.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong research, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
