Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Mumbai. The specialist will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and executing campaigns across platforms, creating and publishing engaging content, and monitoring performance metrics.

Responsibilities include developing social media calendars, coordinating with internal experts to translate technical bioremediation solutions into accessible posts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role involves community management,



responding to comments and inquiries, and using analytics tools to optimize reach, engagement, and lead generation. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies and campaign goals.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Strong Social Media Content Creation and Marketing abilities for planning and executing campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills for writing clear, engaging copy and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram insights, or similar).
- Familiarity with environmental, biotech, or sustainability-focused industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
