Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute online marketing campaigns to promote Samisha Holidays’ travel packages and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and running social media campaigns, optimizing digital advertising, monitoring web analytics, and improving online visibility and engagement. The role involves creating and refining digital content, coordinating with internal teams for marketing initiatives, and analyzing campaign performance to recommend data-driven improvements.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division,



with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, with experience managing platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement.

Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including tracking, interpreting, and reporting on key performance metrics.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear collaboration and effective messaging.

Relevant experience with travel or hospitality brands, SEO/SEM, content creation, and basic design tools is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
