Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role mostly WFH type. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and user engagement across web, social, and other online channels. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, optimizing online content and landing pages, tracking campaign performance through web analytics tools, and adjusting strategies based on data insights.

The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals, develop targeted marketing plans for key markets, and contribute to lead generation and conversion activities. The position also requires staying current with digital marketing trends, testing new channels and tactics, and maintaining consistent, clear communication with internal stakeholders. Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.

Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing,



including content planning, audience engagement, and performance optimization across major platforms.

Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to measure traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness, and translate insights into actions.

Excellent Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and the ability to present campaign results and recommendations.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in B2B or fintech, agriculture, supply chain, or blockchain-related products is an advantage.

Ability to work collaboratively in office, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
