Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

- Drive high-quality leads and bookings while maintaining strong ROAS and lowering cost per acquisition

- Set up and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics

- Set up and manage tracking platforms like Offer18, Volumm etc

- Build and optimize funnels (Ad → Landing Page / WhatsApp → Conversion)

- Work closely on creatives: suggest ad angles, hooks, and performance-driven content

- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities by onboarding recent customers.

- Manage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced audience segmentation

- Monitor campaign performance daily and take data-driven decisions

- Generate weekly reports with clear insights and action plans

Additional Responsibilities

- Oversee basic SEO and SMO strategy





- Manage social media growth with performance focus (not just posting)

- Integrate and manage tools like WhatsApp API, CRM systems, and automation tools

- Stay updated with latest digital marketing tools, trends, and algorithm changes

Requirements

- Proven experience in running Meta & Google Ads with measurable results.

- Know how of other platforms for marketing like Amazon ADS and other SSP's network

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion tracking

- Experience with Pixel, CAPI, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns independently

- Experience in beauty/lifestyle or local business marketing is a plus

- Strong communication and execution skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
