Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage multiple client accounts, drive performance, and translate data into actionable strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS/ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and Google Analytics/Tag Manager
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Manage and grow client relationships, presenting performance updates and strategy recommendations
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
- Manage a team of junior marketers/executives (if applicable) and review their campaign work
- Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and exploring current ad platforms (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. is a plus)

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (mandatory)
- Proven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering measurable performance results




- Strong understanding of campaign structuring, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
- Experience working in a performance marketing agency is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)

Good to Have

- Experience with other ad platforms: LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter/X Ads
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing fundamentals
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- E-commerce marketing experience (Shopify, WooCommerce)
