Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Cum Placement Coordinator to handle digital marketing activities and coordinate student placement and recruitment activities. MBA candidates are preferred, especially candidates with HR, Marketing, or related backgrounds.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create and publish social media posts, promotional content, and marketing creatives.
- Handle basic Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing activities.
- Design promotional materials using Canva.
- Coordinate with HRs, recruiters, and companies for job opportunities.
- Source and share relevant job openings with candidates.
- Screen candidates based on company requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities.
- Follow up with companies and candidates regarding interview status.
- Maintain candidate databases, company details, and placement reports.




- Conduct and coordinate mock interviews and placement preparation activities.
- Support overall brand building and digital presence.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- MBA candidates are preferred, especially MBA – HR, Marketing, or related specializations.
- Any MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BA, or related graduates can apply.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, HR, Recruitment, or Placement Activities is an added advantage.
- Digital Marketing or HR certification is an added advantage.
- No prior experience is necessary.
- Freshers with positive communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
