Job Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own paid performance, social media, influencer marketing, and team leadership across a portfolio of D2C and SaaS clients. You will work directly with the founding team, manage client accounts end-to-end, and be held accountable for business outcomes - not activity metrics. This is not a coordinator role. You own results. You will be an significant stakeholder!

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn - with real budget ownership and ROAS accountability

- Own social media strategy and content calendars across platforms; review creatives with a sharp eye for design and video quality

- Manage influencer partnerships from brief to delivery, including identification, negotiation, and ROI tracking

- Apply working knowledge of SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to content and client strategy decisions

- Lead and manage a team of executives and interns - assign work, enforce quality, build accountability without escalating to the founder





- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for research, reporting, brief generation, and creative review; actively explore new platforms and recommend relevant tools

Qualifications

- 3+ years in a marketing agency with paid performance marketing and social media management with real budget responsibility

- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team

- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and awareness of GEO

- Active daily use of AI tools - non-negotiable

- Sharp visual and video judgment across platforms

- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
