Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale demand for our [lead-generation / e-commerce] business. You’ll own the execution and optimisation of paid campaigns, conversion tracking, content distribution, and performance reporting—working closely with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to turn marketing activity into measurable growth.

What you’ll do

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Own accurate conversion tracking and reporting across campaigns, websites, and landing pages.
- Improve campaign performance through keyword research, audience targeting, creative testing, bid management, and budget allocation.
- Monitor spend, ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and other core KPIs; turn analytics into transparent actions.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and provide regular updates on results, insights, and next steps.
- Coordinate effectively with designers, content writers, web developers, agencies, and vendors to deliver campaigns on time.
- Manage the marketing content workflow: brief, edit, approve, and publish content across the website, WordPress blog, email, and social channels.
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword optimisation, on-page content improvements, and link-building coordination.
- Identify growth opportunities, test new channels and ideas, and continuously improve the customer acquisition funnel.

What we’re looking for
- 3–4 years of practical digital marketing experience, with strong hands-on ownership of Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and performance marketing metrics,



including ROI, CPA/CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and KPIs.
- Experience with keyword research, keyword selection, campaign optimisation, and landing-page/funnel improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong project-management and coordination skills; you can keep multiple stakeholders moving toward a clear outcome.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML.
- Comfort using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- High ownership, integrity, attention to detail, and discipline in daily communication.
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in staying current with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.

Preferred qualifications
- Google Ads certifications, especially Search or Search Advanced.
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, blogging, website management, and social-media publishing.
- Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or external vendors.
- Experience in [your niche/industry] and/or marketing [example products or services].

What success looks like Within your first 90 days, you will have:
- Audited and strengthened conversion tracking and campaign reporting.
- Taken ownership of active paid-media campaigns and identified clear optimisation opportunities.
- Established a reliable reporting cadence tied to agreed KPIs and business outcomes.
- Improved coordination across content, web, creative, and agency partners.
- Created a practical testing roadmap to improve acquisition efficiency and growth.
