- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for real estate projects, integrating digital, offline, and experiential campaigns.

- Oversee the creation of 3D walkthroughs, animations, and virtual reality tours to showcase properties effectively, have knowledge of video editing , content creating.

- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, HubSpot, etc.) for campaign automation, customer engagement, and personalized marketing.

- Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email marketing, real estate portals) to maximize lead generation.

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and external agencies to ensure project branding consistency across all touchpoints.

- Track KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion ratio, brand reach, and ROI,



presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring innovative and timely execution of campaigns.

- Organize and manage property launches, events, exhibitions, and on-ground activations to enhance brand presence.

- Stay ahead of industry trends in real estate marketing, AI innovations, and 3D visualization to maintain competitive advantage.
